Software Development Manager (Dot Net)

Role & responsibilities

1. End-to-End software product development and management skills with Strong technical background with a knowledge of .NET, CORE, HTTPS etc.

2. Structured approach with experience and History of collaborating with development teams and achieving outcomes.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Overall Experience of 8-10 years out of which 4-5 years product technical management experience.

5. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

6. Enthusiastic about new technology with Self-motivation.

7. Ability to work independently.

8. Ability to manage multiple projects.

9. Keep a hold on the timeline for implementation and the delivery schedules.

10. Able to communicate business value of product capabilities to sales.

11. Act as a product champion externally and internally in support of sales channels.

12. Drive future product developments.

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to guide feature development and prioritisation

2. Translate user requirements to the developers.

3. Be the "Voice of the Customer" during specification and development stages.

4. Understanding the overall market in terms of Regulatory Guidelines. Reading especially.

5. Work closely with stakeholders, such as customers, business development and the internal Development and QC to understand needs and priorities.

6. Translate market and stakeholder needs into product requirements and definitions.

7. Collaborate on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential.
