Position Title: Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The CFO provides strategic financial leadership and ensures the financial health and sustainability of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to support business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
2. Financial Management:
• Manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Risk Management:
• Identify, assess, and manage financial risks to protect the company's assets.
• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
4. Financial Performance:
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide regular financial reports and insights to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
5. Funding and Investments:
• Oversee capital structure and manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations to the executive team.
6. Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the finance department.
7. Compliance and Governance:
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and corporate governance standards.
• Oversee internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
8. Strategic Initiatives:
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a key member of the executive team.
• Support business growth initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic projects.

Qualifications:

• Qualified CA Must, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior financial management roles.
• Proven experience in financial strategy, planning, and management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Experience in managing investor relations and capital markets is a plus.
