Job Summary:
This role involves overseeing various aspects of a project, including document verification, government liaison, billing follow-up, and communication. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review engineering team's documentation to confirm its adequacy for sub-contractor billing &
Contractor billing with BOQ & tender guidelines.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or missing information and reconciliation it for revenue
leakages.
- Maintain regular communication with client & their staff.
- Address inquiries and concerns related to billing and project operations department.
- Monitor the status of sub/contractor billing and ensure timely payment process & its follow-ups with respective authorities.
- Proactively follow up with relevant parties to resolve any issues or delays in the releasing payments.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare clear and concise presentations as needed.
- Proficient in Gujarati, Hindi, English Communication.
- Have presentable personality.
- Demonstrate proficiency in excel and possess strong analytical skills.
- Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting authority.
- Responsible for Liasioning Activities within the Company sites.
Candidate Requirement:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-assisting abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy of Data & information.
- Local Candidate of Ahmedabad shall be Proffered.
- Ready to travel in Ahmedabad within Jurisdiction.
- Preferred to have own Two-Wheeler Vehicle.
