Sales Coordinator (Engineering Sales)

Role & responsibilities

• Effectively communicating with Manufacturing partners and Customers throughout the life cycle of an order (right from inquiry to order receipt).
• Managing Technical and Commercial correspondence with Partners and Customers.
• Managing Reverse Auction (Negotiations) with the Customers.
• Vendor registration, Tender submission, and allied Marketing activities of various Partners.
• Maintaining status of running Inquiries and Offers.
• Entering inquiry, offer and order related data in CRM software

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 Years experience in Engineering Service providing Company
• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Sales Support & client Communication.
• Good Command over English communication
• Experience in Zoho or Salesforce CRM will be a plus.
