Position: FIT Operations

Role and Responsibilities

• Good product knowledge of outbound destinations
• Handle customer query and booking for exotic destinations
• Identification of Travel agents with MICE/FIT/GIT requirements and generating leads and enquires.
• Preparation of Destination proposals with direct negotiation with suppliers & various partners for competitive pricing. Handling & supervising key operations of the file with constant liaising with corporate, supplier and the internal team for a smooth process flow.
• Adherence to company account system, payment follow-ups and timely file closures.
• Record and track FIT & ad - hoc queries / bookings regularly and counselling on travel plans
• Regular follow up with sales team to check on enquiries and booking status
• DMC coordination regular follow up with DMC's on hotel and other logistic confirmations, rooming list, invoicing and payments
• Finance - airline and DMC payment posting on our accounting software
• Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to execution.
• Contracting with the international supplier and handled end to end Product delivery.
• Designing and pricing various itineraries (FIT/GIT) in different budget categories
• Create travel products based upon current market requirements, consumer preference, Local Holidays, Travel preference etc.
