Project Manager - Digital Experience & Brand Transformation

About the Role ✨

We're seeking a extraordinary Project Manager who can juggle multiple plates while walking on water (metaphorically, of course). You'll be orchestrating digital transformations, brand evolutions, and tech solutions that have helped our clients achieve up to 83% CAC reduction and 10x growth.

Experience & Skills Needed:

• 3-5 years experience in a digital/creative agency environment
• Proven track record managing websites, branding, and social media projects from brief to delivery
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
• Experience working with design teams and ability to present/explain design concepts to clients
• Understanding of basic digital marketing metrics and project profitability

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously across web, brand, and social media
• Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource schedules
• Lead client meetings and handle regular project communications
• Work closely with designers and developers to ensure quality deliverables
• Present design concepts and handle client feedback/revisions
• Keep projects profitable by managing scope and timelines
• Handle internal team coordination and task delegation
