Functional Consultant - SAP FPSL Module (7-10 yrs)

Summary :

Experienced SAP FPSL Functional Consultant having in-depth knowledge of the SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) module and its implementation in the banking or insurance sector. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support for FPSL.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design SAP FPSL solutions that align with organizational goals.

Configuration :

- Perform end-to-end configuration of SAP FPSL, including subledger accounting, financial reporting, and analytics.

Business Process Analysis :

- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP FPSL functionality.

Implementation :

- Lead the FPSL module implementation process, including planning, blueprinting, realization, final preparation, and go-live support.

Customization :

- Customize the SAP FPSL module to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules like FI/CO.

Data Migration :

- Ensure the proper migration of financial data from legacy systems to SAP FPSL, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Testing and Validation :

- Develop test scenarios, perform unit and integration testing, and ensure system functionality meets business needs.

Documentation :

- Create detailed functional design documents (FDD), configuration documents, and end-user training materials.

Post-Go-Live Support :

- Provide support and guidance to end users during the post-go-live phase, ensuring smooth system operation and addressing any issues.

Cross-Module Integration :

- Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (e.g., FI, CO) to ensure effective integration and flow of financial data across systems.
