DevOps Lead (Infrastructure Automation and CI/CD)

We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Lead Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in infrastructure automation and CI/CD processes. Reporting directly to the Head of Technical Operations, this role will lead a team focused on designing, implementing, and managing high-performing, scalable, and resilient systems. The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 10 years of expertise in EKS, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Apache Airflow, Kaafka, Snowflake and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.

- Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters, with a focus on Amazon EKS for containerized workloads.

- Manage the Docker container lifecycle, including building, testing, and deploying images with Amazon ECR.

- Optimize Kubernetes deployments for scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness for mission-critical systems.

- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools like Jenkins.

- Integrate AI-based solutions to enhance automation capabilities in CI/CD processes.

- Implement and maintain robust monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline and deployment issues in collaboration with support engineering teams.

- Create and update detailed Runbooks for system processes and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and support infrastructure requirements.

Qualifications & Certifications

Education: Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields.
