Job Description
- CRM Database management: Update CRM with leads collected from website and other channels on a regular basis
- Customer research: Identify comprehensive customer profiles including demographics, pain points, and buying behavior for segments like banks, insurance brokers and lenders in India
- Audience building and segmentation: Enrich contact details such as city of residence, LinkedIn profiles, etc using data enrichment tools
- Analyze data from multiple sources including large data sets and create a database that is useful for marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the implementation of growth initiatives, including email sequences, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between market research findings and business objectives
Requirements Requirements:
- Ability to effectively search online for desired information
- Focused; able to work collaboratively and independently, delivering on assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Interest in building career in marketing, or related fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
