Job Title: Specialist - Investment & Trade Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist to join our client Investment & Trade Operations team. The successful candidate will oversee daily trade processing, collaborate with the Trading Desk, and ensure timely trade instruction to global custodians.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily trade processing of Domestic Equity, International Equity, and Global Fixed Income securities.

2. Monitor trade flow and matching processes using OneTIS and/or DTCC CTM.

3. Collaborate with Trading Desk to ensure proper FX handling of non-USD trades.

4. Ensure timely trade instruction to global custodians.

5. Partner with FT Global Trade Services team to resolve settlement issues.

6. Contribute to process maintenance, improvement, and refinement.

7. Perform manual entries for new or transition accounts.

8. Participate in audit preparation, BCP planning, and DR testing.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree.

2. 5-7 years of experience in investment management or financial industry.

3. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

4. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and judgment

skills.

5. Commitment to task and team, with ability to work independently.

6. Professional attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Familiarity with Bloomberg's AIM Trade Complete, Fail Station, EAGLE Accounting system, Charles River Investment Management Solution, and CTM.

Ideal Qualifications:

1. Experience in investment management or financial industry.

2. Knowledge of trade settlement process across domestic and international markets.

3. Familiarity with financial systems and applications.
