WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: In this role, you will engage with front office teams, contributing to portfolio strategy, market analysis, and quantitative research. Your work will involve providing analytical support to strategists and traders, performing market studies, developing trading tools, and conducting both recurring and ad-hoc portfolio analysis. You will work on thematic research and support client-oriented insights, while also developing trader tools using Excel and Python.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- A master's degree in business administration, CFA, or Business Analytics with 2-15 years of experience in quantitative research.

- Strong quantitative analysis skills, proficiency in Python, and a passion for financial markets.

- Experience working with large datasets and the ability to develop analytical frameworks to solve problems.

- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
