Head - Human Resources - Agri/FMCG (3-5 yrs)

- Should be able to help build better HR policies as the company grows.

- Should be able to hire at any level basis the requirement.

- Should have great communication skills to be able to handle their colleagues and the work force at large.

- Job involves bringing structure to the head office and each factory we operate out of, be it with direct employees or contractual.

- Should have some training in HR roles and responsibilities as the company employes 400 people directly and indirectly, and would gradually need to increase that to 1000 over the next 1-2 years.

- As operations scale to different locations, its important to be able to build an HR team that is able to transfer the culture and values of the company to even its smallest location or outpost.
