Role & responsibilities
1. Promotion, sale and execution of Rising Panels
2. Meet Monthly sales target.
3. Daily reporting of meetings done.
4. Increasing Dealer/Distributor network 5
. Distributions management through Dealer/ Distributor
6. Building relationship with Architect and Interior designer, Contractor, Government and get product approval and specification in Project.
7. Attain Logistic problem like transportation, dispatches and co-ordination with work ∙ Constant tracking and monitoring of the allocated team both for Project and retail segments.
8. Facilitating in new business approach to Rising Panel business i,e from product selling to concept & Solution base selling.
9. Identification of new business opportunities, segments or applications to augment sales. ∙ Product presentation and routine follow up with projects and institutions i.e. end clients. ∙ Should ensure regular execution of promotional activities (Architect/ Builder/Interior Designer)group meets, in house presentation to large Architecture
10.Ensuring timely collection of payments.
11.Introducing different brand promotion activities to increase the brand visibility in the region ∙Business development through constant explorations of the existing and new market. ∙ Ultimate objective is to meet monthly sales targets.
12.Submission of reports regarding sales in the region / progress/ new order.
13.Optimum utilization of resources & cost management
14. Building efficient labor , fixing team for execution of Rising Panel projects
