Manager Sales & Marketing

1. To ensure the sales and marketing service is efficiently and effectively delivered in line with business.

2. Handling a Sales Team including allocating work / leads / targets to individual team members, following up, and achieving overall team targets.

3. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.

4. Planning and executing lead generation activities aimed at obtaining qualified leads.

5. Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.

6. Help to Establish and maintain appropriate budgets for sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.

1. Devising and implementing pre and post marketing activities for successful launch of new projects.

8. Broker Management and managing parallel channels.

1. Overseeing the Sales Team, impart training and motivating the team to stay customer and sales growth focused.
2. Meeting with local and NRI customers and clients to establish long term relationships.

11. To ensure an excellent customer service is provided to customers.

12. Must have knowledge on ERP Software

13. Should be excellent at speaking English, Hindi and Bengali

Experience:

10-12 years of experience in renowned Real Estate developer companies.

The candidate must have a demonstrated track-record of managing a team handling high-end residential and commercial projects. He should have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, a pleasant personality and an analytical blend of mind.
