Job Summary

The Lead - Machine Learning will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of machine learning models and solutions. This role requires a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, along with leadership skills to mentor and guide a team of data scientists and engineers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning to enhance business processes.
• Mentor and guide team members in best practices for machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning technologies and methodologies.
• Oversee the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8-14 years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Experience with Llama and Hugging Face is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
