We are looking for an Company Secretary for our Manufacturing Organisation,

• Purpose of Job :
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the company. Assess the strategic fit and potential risks associated with each deal, providing detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on necessary actions. Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to the board on best practices in corporate governance.
• .Ensure transparency and accountability in the company's operations. Maintain statutory registers and records in compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant laws..
• .Facilitate the incorporation of new entities and the filing of necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
• . Handle correspondence with regulatory bodies, auditors, and other stakeholders. Identify and assess legal and regulatory risks to the company
• Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. Advise management on risk management practices and procedures.
