Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager - Sales to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the interview-as-a-service domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving sales strategies to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  
• Identify and explore new business opportunities in enterprise, mid-market, and startup segments.
  
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and deal closure.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to generate high-quality leads.
  

2. Client Acquisition & Account Management

• Acquire new clients by positioning RiseBirds interview services as a value-driven solution.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, CTOs, Hiring Managers, etc.).
  
• Expand existing accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, interviewer supply, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  
• Provide guidance and support to junior sales professionals and business development executives.
  

4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to refine sales strategies.
  
• Provide feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous improvement of services.
  

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:
✅ Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in HRTech, SaaS, recruitment, or IT services.

✅ Strong negotiation, persuasion, and consultative selling skills.

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Ability to manage multiple clients, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

✅ Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.

✅ Understanding of technical hiring and recruitment processes (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications & Experience:
📌 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or enterprise sales.

📌 Experience selling HRTech, Interview-as-a-Service, SaaS, or recruitment solutions is a plus.

📌 MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred but not mandatory).
