Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a smart, energetic, and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in Bangalore, targeting builders, contractors, and architects. The ideal candidate will independently drive business for our IoT wireless products and smart meters (gas, water, energy).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
• Independently handle the Bangalore market, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, including builders, contractors, and architects.
• Promote our IoT wireless products and smart meters through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management.
• Monitor competitors activities and make necessary adjustments to our strategies.
• Demonstrate excellent decision-making skills to effectively address market challenges and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IoT or smart meter industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
