Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage all phases of project execution, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central communication hub between internal teams, clients, contractors, and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Design Review: Analyze architectural and interior design plans to ensure they meet project specifications and align with client expectations.

• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues to prevent delays or scope deviations.

• Procurement Assistance: Source materials, coordinate with vendors, and oversee timely delivery, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to inspect work, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and design standards.

• Documentation Management: Organize and maintain project records, including contracts, approvals, progress updates, and handover documentation.

• Strategic Support: Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement solutions that meet project objectives efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 4-5 years of experience in project coordination and execution, preferably in luxury real estate or construction.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of architectural drawings, interior design principles, and construction processes.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail and deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills for managing diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Software Knowledge: Proficiency in project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel for project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in luxury real estate projects.

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Familiarity with regional construction regulations in Dubai or Phuket.
