Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with 5-7 years of experience in the shipping, aeronautics, or transport industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within these domains. You should have solid CRM experience and be able to effectively manage client relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing key relationships, and positioning our solutions to meet the unique needs of each sector.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or B.Tech in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related domains).
• 5-7 years of proven experience in business development within the shipping, aeronautics, or transport sectors.
• Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.
• Deep understanding of industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
