Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelors degree required, preferably in a quantitative field (Statistics, Business Analytics, Math, Economics, etc.)
• Masters degree preferred (MBA/MS Computer Science/M.Tech Computer Science, etc.)

Experience:

• 2 4 years for Analyst
• 5 7 years for Sr. Analyst
• Relevant experience in advanced analytics, Power BI dashboard development

• Functional Analytics (Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities, Maintenance, etc.)

• Enterprise reporting systems, relational (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server) & non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB) database management
• Business intelligence & reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
• Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, etc.)

Roles & Responsibilities

Analytics & Strategy

1. Design & develop reports and dashboards for Real Estate and Facilities Management.
2. Generate periodic and quarterly reports to provide actionable insights.
3. Apply multiple algorithms/architectures and recommend the best model for data-driven decision-making.
4. Utilize cloud-based data for statistical modeling, big data analysis, and visualization.

Operational Excellence

1. Follow industry standards for coding solutions and programming life cycle best practices.
2. Collaborate with Data Engineering to build and maintain core data infrastructure, pipelines, and automated reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement

1. Work closely with business functions, data engineers, and visualization experts to meet project goals.
2. Communicate complex data insights in an accessible and impactful manner.
