Job Description
Product Owner - Technology Solutions for Social Impact - Delhi/Bangalore
RightWalk is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions that drive our mission of transforming social policies into real-world outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs for various technology initiatives
- Develop and maintain clear product visions and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for diverse tech projects
- Collaborate closely with development teams, stakeholders, and end-users
- Ensure each sprint delivers maximum value to users and the organization
- Conduct regular product reviews and demos
- Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, ML) into our platforms
Qualifications :
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Experience with technology products in the social impact sector
- Familiarity with the education, skill development, or public policy sectors in India
Required Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions
- Technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with development teams
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in using product management and analytics tools
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Desired Skills:
- Experience with AI/ML products
- Knowledge of government schemes and policies related to social development
- Familiarity with multilingual product development for Indian languages
- Experience in working with non-profit organizations or social impact projects
