Job Description
Position: Chief Manager - Finalization
Department: Accounts / Finance
Work Location: Mumbai
Work Days: 5
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Standalone Financials and Cash Flow Statements, preferably in IRDAI format for GI companies
- Review of Accounts (Variance analysis, ledger scrutiny) including Fixed Asset
- Knowledge of Related Party reporting as per Ind AS and Companies Act
- Reporting to Parent Company/external stakeholders
- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Closing activities
- Well Versed with Indian Accounting Standards
- Knowledge of Ind AS will be an added advantage
