Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Manager to join our team and support one of our esteemed clients in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical network solutions and framework of a 24/7 network infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, security, and performance of the network.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain the technical network solutions and framework of a 24/7 network infrastructure.

- Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.

- Upgrade network hardware and software components as required.

- Design and develop network infrastructure solutions, with expertise in HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design).

- Perform network planning, modeling, and analysis.

- Design, implement, and manage security countermeasures to mitigate network vulnerabilities.

- Develop and deliver professional proposals and design documentation for new or existing network projects.

- Test the performance, scalability, and security of upgraded or newly installed network systems.

- Manage and collaborate with technology vendors to resolve network-related queries and issues.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in network management.

- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto).

- Experience with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, ACI, and GCP.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in network design and documentation (HLD, LLD).

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
