- Knowledge in handling Zoho CRM, Books, Sales IQ, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Expenses, and Zoho People design and implementation.
- Zoho application development and creation of customized modules and solutions to streamline business processes.
- Experience in Deluge script language coding. Experience in Java, .Net, and other programming languages would be an added advantage.
- Experience in integrating workflows across various Zoho applications and configuring automation rules.
- Conduct user training sessions to familiarize the team with Zoho applications.
- Diagnose and solve application issues.
- Analyse and understand the needs of the users and provide timely solutions.
- Escalate critical issues and provide product suggestions.
