Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer with hands-on experience in developing applications for embedded devices, such as ticketing machines, smart cards, and validators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development, proficiency in database management, and a passion for working on innovative embedded solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Android-based applications for embedded devices, focusing on performance and user experience.

- Work extensively with SQLite and Room Database to ensure efficient data management and storage.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Android development and embedded systems.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in Android development, specifically with embedded devices.

- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages.

- Strong experience with SQLite and Room Database for data management.

- Familiarity with embedded systems and constraints associated with hardware platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with ticketing systems, smart card technology, or validation devices.

- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for embedded applications.
