R&D - Industrialization & Standardization Senior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Lead & drive to execute Product Industrialization projects - electrical category

Lead & drive to execute Industrialization tasks; Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) calculations, analysis & validation, Cost Down (CoDo) and localization projects electrical category.

Collaboration with stakeholders across various R&D and Supply Chain functions

PLM workflow follow up

Master data maintenance in SAP, CAD, ePLAN

Coordination and standardization of electrical and electronics parts range with all Rieter locations

Maintenance of Rieter internal electrical standards and corresponding documentation

Preferred candidate profile

Applicant should have Experience in electrical/ electronic engineering industry with Product industrialization, standardization, Project management, Manufacturing knowledge, R&D/ quality/ planning/ sourcing/, Experience in an international environment is needed. Experience with a CAE tool ePLAN, SAP, MS Office, CAD-NX, Cross functional collaboration, Effective communication and Strong analytical skills
