Role Overview: As a Sales executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing the relationship with our UK customers by selling our home broadband services. You will focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction while driving new sales, upselling, and cross-selling broadband packages. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach to sales, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Account Management:
    • Actively managed UK-based accounts, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential customers
    • Effectively communicate the benefits of our home broadband services to prospective customers
    • Sell broadband packages and services that best meet customers' needs, ensuring the best possible deal for each individual
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services based on customer requirements
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and approach potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
    • Follow up with leads generated through the sources
    • Qualify prospects and understand their broadband needs to propose the most suitable service offerings
  • Sales Targets & Reporting:
    • Achieved monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager
    • Track and report sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
    • Open for regular feedbacks on customer trends
  • Customer Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
    • Provide approach and solutions based on customer needs and feedback
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Work closely with the customer support, sales, and teams to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices to continuously improve sales performance

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecoms or broadband industry
  • Strong understanding of home broadband services and the UK market & customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and close sales effectively
  • Target-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented attitude

Desirable Attributes:

  • Previous experience in B2C sales or account management, ideally in a tech or broadband setting
  • Knowledge of broadband products, internet speeds, and customer requirements
  • Familiarity with the UK telecoms market and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment
