Business Development Officer For Adamas University

Overview:

The Business Development Officer will focus on identifying and developing strategic opportunities to expand the universitys market reach, enhance partnerships, and increase enrollment through targeted outreach initiatives. This individual will work closely with university leadership, academic departments, and external partners to build relationships and grow the university’s presence both locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Partnership Development : Identify and cultivate relationships with potential educational partners, industry stakeholders, government bodies, and international institutions to create collaboration opportunities.
• • Market Expansion : Research new markets for student recruitment, including international markets, and create tailored outreach strategies.
• • Lead Generation : Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for new students, targeting prospective high school students, working professionals, and other potential demographics.
• • Business Strategy : Contribute to the development of long-term business and marketing strategies aimed at increasing enrollment, improving student retention, and expanding the university’s influence.
• • Corporate Relations : Build and manage relationships with corporate partners to create opportunities for internships, research collaborations, and job placement for students.
• • Event Coordination : Represent the university at international education fairs, networking events, and university roadshows to establish connections with prospective students and stakeholders.
• • Proposal Development : Draft and submit proposals for partnership agreements, joint programs, and other business development opportunities.
• • Reporting & Analysis : Track the progress of business development initiatives and provide regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and outcomes.

• Alumni Engagement : Leverage alumni networks to support business development
activities, including mentorship programs, sponsorships, and alumni relations
