Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of Odoo's framework, modules, and functionalities. You will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions to meet business requirements. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on expertise in Python and Odoo, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Odoo Development & Customization:

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet client-specific needs.
• Optimize and enhance Odoo ERP functionalities and workflows.

Integration & Configuration:

• Integrate third-party tools and APIs with Odoo.
• Configure and deploy Odoo modules on various platforms.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects.

Requirement Analysis:

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.

Testing & Troubleshooting:

• Conduct unit testing and integration testing for developed modules.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.

Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and best practices.

Support & Maintenance:

• Provide post-deployment support and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Proven experience with Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, HR, Inventory, etc.).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience in Odoo customization, development, and third-party integration.
• Knowledge of Odoo.sh platform.
• Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, RESTful APIs).
• Additional Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Odoo Development.
• Experience in cloud-based Odoo deployment.
• Familiarity with business processes in industries like retail, manufacturing, logistics, etc.
