Position Summary:
The OHI Developer will play a critical role in RIA Advisory's Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) practice by delivering tailored technical solutions that support the digital transformation of health insurance operations. This position involves developing and integrating with OHI applications, leveraging Groovy programming to implement business logic, and utilizing RIA Advisory's Data Integration Hub (DIH) and / or Oracle Integration Gateway (OIG) to facilitate seamless data migration and integration processes.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in integration with a collaborative mindset to partner with cross-functional teams, address client needs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. By driving technical innovation and maintaining robust system performance, the developer will contribute significantly to the success of projects and the achievement of organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:[CB1]

• Develop, configure, and maintain solutions using the Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) platform.
• Design and implement seamless integration between OHI and customer systems using RIA Advisory’s Data Integration Hub (DIH) or Oracle Integration Gateway.
• Develop and maintain Groovy scripts to implement custom business logic and automation within OHI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand integration requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues to minimize disruption and maintain data integrity.
• Optimize the performance of OHI integrations, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Support data migration processes as part of integration efforts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integration workflows, solution designs, and customizations.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards and promote best practices.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for OHI solutions and integration processes.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Certification in Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) or equivalent expertise is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting, including experience in developing and debugging scripts for enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of integration principles and middleware technologies.[CB2]
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and Agile methodologies.

Skills and Experience required:

• Required:
• Proficiency in Groovy programming for application customization and automation.
• Familiarity with integration processes and data migration best practices.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Demonstrated experience with integration tools such as RIA Advisory’s Data Integration Hub (DIH) or Oracle Integration Gateway.
• Strong understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and data transformation techniques.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data manipulation within OHI and integrated systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred:
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) modules and functionalities.[CB3]
• Experience in the insurance or health insurance industry, particularly policy administration systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools like Git.
• Exposure to cloud-based integration platforms.
