Rhodium Analytics - Senior Analyst - Investment Banking Domain (3-5 yrs)

Job Requirements:

- Analyzing Company Reporting documents to create Pitch Books, Company Profiles, Information Memorandums, Sector Reports, Newsletters, Competitive Financial Benchmarking, Target/Buyer Screening, Trading, and Transaction Comps.

- Proficiency in Financial Modeling, including detailed 3-statement Forecasting and multiple scenario analysis.

- Knowledge of Valuation concepts including DCF, trading comps, and precedent transactions.

- Adept in reading and understanding financial reports, IPO prospectus, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, etc.

- Knowledge of databases such as CapIQ and FactSet - Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.

Skill Set:

- 3-5 years of experience working with IB, PE, VCs, and Advisory clients.

- Exceptional analytical, numerical, and IB deal support skills.

- Ability to work/manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.

- MBA, CA, CFA, or an equivalent degree.
