RheinBrucke - Epicor Consultant - ERP Implementation (3-6 yrs)

Purpose of the Role :

As an EPICOR Consultant, you will play a critical role in consulting engagements, managing implementation tasks, and delivering high-quality solutions. You will collaborate with clients to identify their needs, implement ERP systems, and provide ongoing support.

This role involves leading small project teams, working independently for short-term engagements, and ensuring successful project execution with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

- System Testing & Support : Test, train, and troubleshoot the system for customers, providing initial support for assigned products.

- ERP Implementation : Manage end-to-end ERP implementation, including requirement gathering, deployment, and ongoing support.

- Customer Engagement : Build strong client relationships and generate interest in additional products or services.

Project Management :

- Accurately estimate project tasks and establish resource priorities.

- Monitor task performance and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

- Proactively identify and address potential issues impacting project timelines or budgets.

- Reporting & Documentation : Maintain timely entry of time and expenses in the project accounting system.

- Travel : Be willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Strong understanding of ERP workflows and concepts.

- Excellent business communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship-building abilities.
