Job Description
- Responsible for development of Oncology injectables/parentals and Oral solids dosage forms for European market, in accordance with QTTP
- Responsible for development of Oral solids dosage forms for European market, in accordance with QTTP
- Responsible for development activities related to liquid and lyophilized parenteral drug products
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to support product development by QBD concepts
- Review and interpret scientific literature to guide project decisions
- Execution & monitoring of quantitative and qualitative pre-formulation studies of parentals dosage forms
- Develop and optimize drug formulations using appropriate technology and scientific principles
- To Plan, monitor experimentation & process study, evaluating possible options & prioritizing the same.
- Ensure formulations meet regulatory guidelines and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and achieve goals
- Should Prepare technical reports based on analytical results to make conclusions over product technology
- To ensure project documents to be as per requirement of QMS
- Responsible to monitor laboratory indicative Stability studies as per the ICH guidelines.
- Preparation of Product development reports & technology transfer documents
- Responsible to Conduct feasibility studies of scale-up and technology transfer to provide inputs in selection of equipment as per manufacturing process design
- Follow company policies and conduct work according to appropriate Frontage SOPs and comply with cGMP/GLP guidelines
