?We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. The COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring the companys efficiency, growth, and profitability.

?Key Responsibilities:

• ?Develop and implement the companys operational strategy, in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.

• ?Lead and manage all operational functions, including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control.

• ?Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization across all departments.

• ?Streamline workflows and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• ?Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate operational performance.

• ?Monitor and analyze data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.

• ?Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including budgets, personnel, and equipment, to support business objectives.

• ?Ensure resource availability and utilization meet demand requirements.

• ?Collaborate with other executive leaders, including the CEO, CFO, and CMO, to drive the companys overall strategy and growth.

• ?Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across departments.

• ?Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• ?Identify and mitigate operational risks.

• ?Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing operations team.

• ?Provide mentorship and leadership to team members.

• ?Identify opportunities for expansion, market penetration, and diversification.

• ?Develop and execute growth strategies in alignment with the companys vision.

• ?Lead change management initiatives and drive organizational agility.

• ?Ensure smooth transitions during periods of change or growth.

• ?Provide regular reports to the CEO and executive team on operational performance, achievements, and challenges.

• ?Communicate operational strategies and priorities to stakeholders.

?Qualifications and Skills:

• ?Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Masters degree or MBA is preferred).

• ?Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role, with a track record of improving operational efficiency and driving growth.

• ?Strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and quality control.

• ?Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• ?Analytical and strategic thinking, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.

• ?Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• ?Financial acumen and budget management experience.

• ?Change management and project management skills.

• ?Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
