Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet company goals, including increasing brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising (PPC), SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Plan and execute effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Create and manage engaging social media content, ads, and campaigns across various platforms to build and engage with our online community.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling, SEO-friendly content that aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc. ) and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track return on investment (ROI) for each campaign.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices to keep our digital marketing strategies competitive.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, web developers, and copywriters, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Report on digital marketing KPIs and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and platforms in the digital marketing space.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with digital marketing best practices and legal requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with a successful track record of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and tools, including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e. g. , Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
