SAP BTP Consultant - Implementation & Support (7-12 yrs)

Job Description :

- SAP BTP Consultant with at least 6+ years of total experience, including 3 years in SAP BTP with strong CapM skills.

- The role involves managing SAP BTP projects, integrating SuccessFactors modules, and working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions.

- Hybrid work model requiring 3 days onsite per week.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

- Lead and manage SAP BTP projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Apply strong CapM methodologies to streamline project processes and enhance delivery efficiency.

Solution Integration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SuccessFactors modules into existing systems.

- Customize and configure solutions to meet specific client requirements and enhance overall user experience.

Client Collaboration:

- Engage with clients to gather requirements, understand their business needs, and provide tailored recommendations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support.

Troubleshooting and Support :

- Provide expert-level support for project-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding of SAP BTP functionalities.
