Role & responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Design Development: Create detailed design concepts, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings.
• Space Planning: Develop space planning solutions that maximize the functionality and aesthetics of interior spaces.
• Material Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories to match the design vision.
• Budget Management: Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets to ensure all designs are within financial limits.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met while coordinating with site managers.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes throughout the project.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends, styles, and technologies in home interior design.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years as an Interior Designer, preferably in residential projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and successful projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
