3. Proactively contact leads and update the status in the leads database, ensuring efficient
resolution of customer inquiries
4. Manage communication on the phone designated for important customers
5. Assist with the daily management of clinic operations, including managing front desk
activities and ensuring a smooth customer flow
6. Fill in for the clinic manager in their absence at their respective clinic
a. Schedule and coordinate client appointments to optimise client satisfaction and facility
efficiency
b. Liaise with healthcare professionals and clients about personalised packages
c. Create and update clients' electronic health records on AI-based CRM softwares such as
IV Pro and Pabau
d. Oversee and review nurses work procedures
e. Maintain sales reports, billing systems, invoices, and petty cash
7. Ensure completion, compliance, accuracy and quality of clinical documentation
8. Participate in mystery audit discussions and take the necessary action to improve overall
customer experience
9. Collaborate with internal departments to track follow-ups, conversions and sales targets
10. Lead special projects or initiatives and attend on-site marketing events such as pop-ups
and exhibitions
11. Offer support to franchisees to ensure overall success of the organisation
12. Expand knowledge and capabilities by actively participating in trainings, workshops
and personal development programmes
