As Lead Analyst Install Base , candidate will be responsible for the following activities in Install Base Operations:
Key Responsibilities: Oracle Install Base (IB) Expertise: Manage, configure, and maintain Oracle Install Base to ensure accurate tracking of products and services throughout their lifecycle. Actively involved in reporting and maintaining the metrics. Troubleshoot and resolve Install Base-related issues to ensure smooth operations. Handling business critical process such as:
- Assignments
- Terminations
- Migrations
- Serial Number Corrections
- Non-revenue order bookings
- Acquisition data related corrections/updates
Oracle Service Contracts (OKS) Knowledge: Create, manage, and maintain service contracts in Oracle OKS.
Business Support Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Identify and recommend process improvements in Install Base and Service Contracts workflows. Provide training and knowledge sharing to users and stakeholders.
Career Level - IC2
As a member of Revenue Accounting you will assist in the processing of revenue impacting adjustments and reconciling balance sheet account. Monitor revenue, reconcile receivables, and unearned accounts. Work with internal customers to resolve related revenue inquiries. Assist in facilitating the automation of current processes and procedures. You may participate in special projects.
