Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days.

Job Description :

1. Provide Technical Support :

- Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Sage X3 ERP system.

- Diagnose and fix system errors, bugs, and data inconsistencies.

- Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.

2. User Support & Training :

- Offer end-user support for Sage X3, guiding users in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

- Provide user training on the proper use of the system, covering processes like financials, inventory, sales, procurement, and manufacturing.

- Create training materials and documentation to aid users in adopting new features or updates.

3. Sage X3 Support Consultant :

- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and optimize the Sage X3 environment.

- Ensure regular updates and patches are applied to the system, coordinating with the IT team for downtime management.

- Perform data integrity checks and backups to ensure system stability.

4. Collaborate with Business Teams :

- Work closely with internal departments to understand business processes and suggest improvements within the Sage X3 environment.

- Support functional teams in gathering requirements for new configurations, customizations, and enhancements.

5. System Customization & Configuration :

- Configure Sage X3 to meet the unique needs of the organization, including setting up workflows, user roles, and modules.

- Assist in the customization of reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools within the Sage X3 platform.

6. Documentation & Reporting :

- Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Provide regular status reports and updates on issues, fixes, and improvements to management.

7. Collaboration with Developers :

- Collaborate with internal and external developers for the creation of custom scripts, add-ons, and API integrations within the Sage X3 system.

8. System Upgrades & New Releases :

- Assist with planning, testing, and implementing system upgrades and new feature rollouts.

- Conduct regression testing to ensure that the system continues to function smoothly post-upgrade.
