Chief Executive Officer - Healthcare Housing Solutions

Job Overview:

Renaissance Spaces is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our housing business. The CEO will focus on creating strategic partnerships with hospitals, ensuring efficient operations, and driving financial performance. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with hospital management (CXO level) and a background in selling medical equipment or related hospital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnerships:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals to offer housing solutions for nursing staff.
• Leverage prior experience in the healthcare industry to establish trust and credibility with hospital CXOs.
• Property Acquisition & Management:
  
• Identify and secure properties near hospitals to minimize commute times for nurses.
• Negotiate lease terms with landlords to achieve favorable conditions and ensure profitability.
• Financial Oversight:
  
• Negotiate agreements with hospitals and landlords to secure a minimum profit margin.
• Oversee timely collections from customers and manage financial operations efficiently.
• Team Building & Operations Management:
  
• Recruit and manage teams for property operations, including security, housekeeping, and kitchen staff.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintenance across all properties.
• Market Expansion:
  
• Drive business growth in target markets: NCR, Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for scaling operations.
• Leadership:
  
• Provide strategic direction to the company, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Represent the company at industry forums and strengthen its market presence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience:
  
• Proven track record in senior leadership roles, preferably as a CEO or equivalent.
• Strong background in hospital-related industries, particularly in selling medical equipment or services.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with hospital CXOs and management teams.
• Skills:
  
• Expertise in property management, negotiation, and operational execution.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Education:
  
• MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working in target markets (NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore).
• Familiarity with the real estate or housing sector is a plus.
• Strong network within the healthcare and real estate industries.
