Developed and implemented individualized education plans for students with disabilities resulting in measurable academic improvement.

• Collaborated with general education teachers to modify curriculum and supporting students learning goals.
• Providing ongoing feedback and supporting to students and families resulting in increased engagement and participation in academics and non- academic activities.
• Provided one-on-one support to the children exhibiting additional needs within the classroom environment.
• Collaborated with the class teacher and Lead teacher to build a better learning environment for the children.
• Updated parents on their kids progress, requirements and gave recommendations to promote a better learning environment at home.

Preferred candidate profile

. B. ED ID. (Intellectual disability) qualification candidate are required.

• D. ED SE MR. (Diploma in education in special education in Mental retardation)

. Only women can apply.

. Shadow Teacher and Special Educator are highly preferrable.
