Job Description
We are looking for an Analyst with advanced to mid-level expertise in Microsoft Excel and a good understanding of Alteryx, Snowflake, and Tableau. The ideal candidate will possess a basic knowledge of Salesforce, strong research skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex data in a clear and compelling manner.

In this role as an Analyst , you will:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, VBA macros, and complex formulas for thorough data analysis and management.
- Operate with tools such as Alteryx, Snowflake, and Tableau for data manipulation and visualization, and maintain basic operations within Salesforce.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate data insights and findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Apply analytical and decision-making skills to solve problems and make data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, plans, and reports to track and ensure the success of projects.
- Develop and present visually appealing data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and other relevant tools.
- Implement process or product improvements as directed by management and contribute to the development of new strategies using data insights.
- Gain a basic understanding of Thomson Reuters technologies, products, and services, and comprehend how technical solutions impact business operations.
About you:
You re a fit for the role of Analyst if your background includes:
- Bachelor s degree in B.Tech/MBA/Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a project management role.
- The role requires the candidate to work in 12 pm - 9 pm IST.
- Advanced to mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of Alteryx, Snowflake, and Tableau.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce functionalities.
- Strong research skills and the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Experience with ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Previous experience in using the mentioned tools and technologies is highly preferred.
