Reubro International - Flutter Developer - Dart Programming (3-4 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to design and develop high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart, with a strong understanding of state management, API integration, and mobile UI/UX best practices. The Flutter Developer will work closely with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to deliver smooth and responsive applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Flutter App Development :

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable Dart code following best practices.

- Implement responsive UI components that align with design specifications.

State Management & API Integration :

- Work with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, or GetX.

- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

- Optimize API calls for real-time data synchronization and performance.

Performance Optimization & Debugging :

- Ensure smooth UI interactions with efficient animations and transitions.

- Optimize application performance for low-latency and high-speed rendering.

- Debug and resolve issues related to UI rendering, networking, and device compatibility.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Work closely with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with backend services.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly applications.

- Document technical specifications, code architecture, and development workflows.

Skillset and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Flutter development.

- Proficiency in Dart and deep understanding of the Flutter framework.

- Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, or GetX).

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

- Familiarity with Firebase, Push Notifications, and third-party SDKs.

- Experience in CI/CD pipelines for Flutter apps.

UI/UX & Mobile Development Knowledge :

- Understanding of Material Design & Cupertino Guidelines.

- Experience building custom UI components, animations, and adaptive layouts.

Performance & Security Optimization :

- Experience optimizing app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.

- Knowledge of secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.

- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for cloud-based mobile development.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
