Retainer HRBP Mumbai eClerx
- Designation: Retainer
- Shift timing: 10 to 7
- Location: Pune Hinjewadi
- Working mode: WFO - Monday to Friday
- Expertise - In HR ops / Hr generalist / HR Executive / HRBP / HR payroll / HR
- Years of exp required - 1 to 3 Years
- Contract Duration - 1 Years
- Mandatory skill to have - Excellent proficiency in MS Excel & Excellent communication skills
- CTC Per Month - 17-20k Gross including 10% TDS deduction

Work Exposure is good
They have the worst Management. The Retainership contract was the worst contract I have signed. They promised me a year's contract and divided it into two halves. I wasn't even put on a notice period that was humane.
