Assistant Vendor Manager

As an Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager in the role of Assistant Vendor Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and scaling new brands on Amazon. Your responsibilities will include interacting with vendors, overseeing sales strategies, and contributing to business development initiatives. This role provides a direct path to gaining invaluable business experience and exposure to various aspects of vendor management and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Assist in onboarding new brands and managing existing vendor relationships. Address vendor inquiries and ensure a smooth communication process.
• Sales Management: Support in developing and implementing sales strategies to optimize brand performance on Amazon. Monitor sales metrics and work on strategies to drive growth.
• P&L Management: Collaborate with senior team members to track financial performance, analyze profitability, and manage budget allocations.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for brand expansion and growth on Amazon. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic planning.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to align on goals, report progress, and resolve issues. Foster strong relationships to ensure successful collaboration.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
