Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager will oversee RetailEZ Ventures' social media strategy, ensuring alignment with the brands marketing objectives and overall growth goals. You’ll create and execute innovative campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive sales across categories like sports, luggage, kitchen, and furniture.

In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with creative teams, marketing professionals, and external agencies to deliver impactful and data-driven social media content.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and photographers to align visuals and messaging with brand goals.
• Drive audience growth and engagement through organic and paid campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, generating actionable insights for optimization.
• Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Act as a community manager by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and handling customer queries professionally.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, suggesting improvements and new strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Proven track record of growing and managing brand social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
• Experience with social media advertising and budget management.
• Ability to develop creative and engaging content strategies.
