Senior Content Writer

The Senior Content Writer will be responsible for crafting high-quality, persuasive, and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice, strategy, and objectives. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead content creation across multiple platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to create content that resonates with our target audience and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
  
• Write and edit a variety of content types, including blog posts, website copy, social media content, case studies, eBooks, product descriptions, white papers, and more.
• Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in style, tone, and voice, and optimized for SEO and readability.
• Content Strategy:
  
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
• Provide insights into content performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• SEO Optimization:
  
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and ranking on search engines.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and apply best practices to content creation.
• Team Leadership:
  
• Mentor and guide junior writers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Take ownership of complex projects and lead content initiatives from concept to completion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
• Work with design, product, and other teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and brand standards.
• Attend meetings and provide input on content-related projects.
• Quality Assurance:
  
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain high standards of writing and ensure that content is free from grammatical or typographical errors.
• Trend Monitoring:
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor content, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand stays relevant.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
• 8-13 years of experience in content writing, with a proven track record of creating high-quality content in various formats (blog posts, website copy, case studies, etc.).
• Experience in managing content strategies and working with cross-functional teams.
• Skills:
  
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO and experience in optimizing content for search engines.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or similar.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to assess content performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
