Social Media Optimization Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative SMO Executive to develop and implement social media optimization strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost website traffic.

Key Responsibilities:
 1.⁠ ⁠Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
 2.⁠ ⁠Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, tweets, stories, reels, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
 3.⁠ ⁠Optimize social media profiles with up-to-date information, keywords, and visuals.
 4.⁠ ⁠Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, etc.) to identify areas for improvement.
 5.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the content team to create social media content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
 6.⁠ ⁠Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
 7.⁠ ⁠Manage and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
 8.⁠ ⁠Conduct competitor research and analyze their social media strategies.
 9.⁠ ⁠Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
10.⁠ ⁠Provide regular social media performance reports to the management team.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
 1.⁠ ⁠2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
 2.⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
 3.⁠ ⁠Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies.
 4.⁠ ⁠In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and algorithms.
 5.⁠ ⁠Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
 6.⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 7.⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 8.⁠ ⁠Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
 9.⁠ ⁠Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
